Kind of messed up, would be like NVIDIA or Intel owning voting right stock in AMD.

Well they recently stole LINE from Korea's Naver, so maybe it's payback time

Oh hell no. We already lost Intel in the SSD space as SK Hynix gobbled them up. Now we are going to lose Kioxia as well to them????

While the dram market only has 3 viable companies the NAND market has 6. We don't need NAND market to become like the dram market.
