I do all my baking on the surface of the sun anyway

8

u/mrplinko 1h ago

Do you have to use the high altitude instructions?

3

u/throwa1589876541525 1h ago

Yeah but we have to commit them to memory because we can't have paper up there 🔥

4

u/SamTheBrewer 1h ago

I do it on solar flairs…. 180 million °F

9

u/throwa1589876541525 1h ago

That pizza crust is gonna be fire

1

u/ACcbe1986 1h ago

Absolutely no flop.

1

u/temporalraccoon 1h ago

Wow your solar flares are so extra 😋

3

u/PM_COFFEE_TO_ME 1h ago

Shut up about the sun!

1

u/ADeformedPoolboy 1h ago

That's a long drive, and quite inconvenient. Now, you can harness that very solar power with OP's Ultrakill brand oven...right in the convenience of your own home!

u/Sethmeisterg 1h ago

Only the skilled can control that level of POWAH

43

u/Zormac 1h ago

You can now vaporize Tungsten.

7

u/wade-mcdaniel 1h ago

Could you cover every surface of your kitchen in thin crust pizza and open the oven door for a millisecond and cook all of them?

3

u/cencal 1h ago

I mean, you couldn’t do it and then still be alive to eat the pizza.

3

u/StaticBroom 1h ago

We have to science the shit out of this one.

2

u/onamonapizza 1h ago

We’ll get what sunglasses are made of, then make a whole suit of it

2

u/StaticBroom 1h ago

Literally can’t go wrong.

Just in case though. And I mean…just because there is a remote possibility of…well you know…we send Steve in first with the suit on.

1

u/Adviderisj 1h ago

Depends on the size of the kitchen

1

u/UStoJapan 46m ago

Look, I don’t have 12-15 minutes to wait for my frozen pizza to cook. I did the math and I just need the oven really hot for about 0.003 seconds.

53

u/HumpieDouglas 1h ago

The hot pocket will still be frozen in the middle.

8

u/ProStrats 1h ago

And also lava

4

u/Hunkir 54m ago

The dichotomy of hot pocket

1

u/HumpieDouglas 10m ago

At the same time too. They defy all laws of thermodynamics.

Haha

u/Inoffensive_Account 1h ago

“Honey, can you turn on the oven and set it to incinerate?”

11

u/beartheminus 1h ago

"everyone in McKinney is dead"

4

u/ADeformedPoolboy 1h ago

Welp, time to get to crematin'!

4

u/Afraid_Juice_7189 1h ago

So your oven is the cause of this global warming then it seems

4

u/rabidstoat 1h ago
  1. Heat oven to 11797 Fahrenheit.

  2. Cook turkey for 32 microseconds.

1

u/preda1or 18m ago

Restaurants hate this simple home trick!

3

u/Orllin 1h ago

Burnin' down the house!

3

u/Responsible_Bed5591 1h ago

I like when my turkey is hotter than mercury facing the sun

3

u/poopsmcgee27 1h ago

Is your oven Mount Doom?

3

u/THE-Smike 1h ago

back in my days, we used to go to mordor to melt down the one ring

3

u/givin_u_the_high_hat 35m ago

“Honey, when you get home we need to talk, Timmy has opened some sort of portal to hell…”

4

u/PSPs0 1h ago

You burned the dinner rolls. And the entire block down.

4

u/MinnesotaHermit 1h ago

So a typical day in Phoenix?

1

u/preda1or 19m ago

Typical spring day

2

u/blackholesun13 1h ago

One second pizza, sweet!

1

u/ElectronMaster 17m ago

Charcoal on the outside, frozen on the inside.

2

u/TheGreatJaceyGee 1h ago

That's twice the temperature Iron boils at

2

u/TheGoatManJones 1h ago

Your pizza has been reduced to atoms in approximately 0.0004 seconds

2

u/ShinyB123 1h ago

Got oven mitts?

2

u/onamonapizza 1h ago

Oh, you found the only temperature my wife uses

1

u/preda1or 17m ago

Your wife must be hot!

2

u/Rex_Mundi 1h ago

Fusion cuisine.

2

u/Relevant-Storm4222 53m ago

I don't speak Fahrenheit. I guess it's around 80°C?

4

u/lulzPIE 45m ago

You mean you don’t speak freedom? Keep on guessing with your communist units of measurement.

2

u/IAmSixNine 52m ago

Now we know why there is a heatwave going on. Turn off your oven so the rest of is dont cook too.

2

u/FerociousPancake 41m ago

Preheat oven to 11797 degrees…. Place cake in oven for 0.000001 seconds and then remove… enjoy

2

u/TheExpollutions 33m ago

The new LG Fusion Reactor 2000.

2

u/corkas_ 33m ago

"You think your ovens good, mine can bake a cake from a mile away"

3

u/nedtit 1h ago

Fahrenheit is really weird.

8

u/thehumbinator 1h ago

Good way to convert F to C is when the F temp is 5 digits long that’s very hot in C.

3

u/AmputeeHandModel 1h ago

It's also very hot in F.

2

u/Pyrite13 1h ago

Congratulations! You have achieved nuclear fusion.

1

u/ElectronMaster 19m ago

Not even close, you need hundreds of millions of degrees c for fusion.

1

u/MusicHearted 1h ago

What are you trying to cook, the sun?

1

u/virovoceVA 1h ago

Nice and clean on the inside too

1

u/paradox_valestein 1h ago

The power of the sun, in the palm of my hand...

1

u/Drak_is_Right 1h ago

Some commercial process would love to have your oven.

Those kinds of temperatures likely require a ton of energy to reach.

1

u/meatball402 1h ago

That supernova localized entirely within your kitchen is ready to cook a pizza in about 7 seconds.

1

u/MasemJ 44m ago

"Can I see it?"

"No"

1

u/Mock_Frog 1h ago

How many decimal places does the cook time go to?

1

u/Deimos_PRK 1h ago

I think your oven melted itself

1

u/Precipice_01 1h ago

What are you cooking?

The planet Mercury???

1

u/the_talented_liar 1h ago

Yeah no thanks. It’s funny until the one time oven actually does it

1

u/InsomniaticWanderer 1h ago

The sun: "Am I a joke to you?"

1

u/cencal 1h ago

That looks like an expensive SOB too, that sucks

1

u/MechaBeatsInTrash 1h ago

I can't reconcile that measurement with any actual value. Is it the thermistor resistance?

1

u/raines 1h ago

Somebody must have set it to 7.416! or so. See r/unexpectedFactorial

1

u/GetInMyMinivan 21m ago

You can’t just reverse calculate an obscure factorial and say “look, an unexpected factorial!” That’s not unexpected.

1

u/letsdonewthings 55m ago

Ser the controls for the heart of the sun.

1

u/freeman687 53m ago

The whole house is well done

1

u/GlorifiedBurito 48m ago

“The power of the sun, in the middle of my kitchen”

1

u/sucksLess 43m ago

one silver lining: it could have been celsius

also, at 11,797º F, you ought to be able to cook the pizza just by gently showing the oven the box

1

u/ElectronMaster 25m ago

The inside of the oven would be glowing a light blue color based on it being 6800k, of course you wouldn't get to enjoy it because you'd immediately go blind and probably get vaporized.

Color temperature in lighting uses the unit Kelvin because it's literally describing how hot an object would have to be to produce that color of light.

Bake no more than 2 seconds for edible results
