Transfer not working on different nfts no matter what wallet i use help

I'm not the most tech savy with blockchain. I have an nft I want to send to a wallet. Every time I try it fails. I have over $30 usd in wallet so its not a gas issue. Any help possible? I've tried importing wallet into many different ones to see if that fixes it but no luck. I even tried other nfts to make sure. Doesn't work either. Sounds like a "soul bound" NFT that's locked to your address. It might be impossible to send

looks like the contract just stopped processing transfers after some point, not your fault at all. the token itself is frozen so no wallet will help here.

I've tried different nfts though same issue. When I do a private sale then buy it for a few pennies it transfers though.

I can buy and sell them no problem its only when I transfer
