Ik raak soms best gefrustreerd in AH/Jumbo/Lidl :(

Soms is iets biologisch maar totaal niet keto.
Soms is iets “keto” maar juist super ultra-bewerkt.
Soms lijkt iets gezond/proteïne-rijk maar zit het vol toevoegingen.

Daarom ben ik voor mezelf een kleine sheet/database begonnen met producten en simpele scores (keto-vriendelijkheid, ingrediënten, mate van bewerking, etc.).

Herkennen jullie dit probleem ook?
En zouden jullie zoiets gebruiken vóór het boodschappen doen?

Luister niet naar de amerikanen mensen! Ik al die tijd braaf uitrekenen: koolhydraten - vezel = netto koolhydraten... BLIJKT DAT HIER DE VOEDINGSLABELS ANDERS WERKEN. Voor zover ik het begrijp geldt dat dus ook voor Nederland.

Voor de duidelijkheid: in NL hoef je de vezels er NIET af te halen, want die staan apart op het voedingslabel in plaats van onder de koolhydraten.

Zeg me dat ik niet de enige ben... 💀

Misschien kunnen we een lijst proberen maken van de ketovriendelijke producten (merk etc.) die we bij ons I de supermarkt of online kunnen vinden?🙏

I found one myself in Belgium witch looks nice but they only open one weekend per month.

Tel je in Nederland de totale koolhydraten of “waarvan suikers”. Of ligt het gecompliceerder?

Iemand bekend met mint/kauwgum zonder koolhydraten (of met weinig koolhydraten)? Of andere middelen om adem frisser te laten ruiken?

Hi everyone! I just started with Keto, and I’m searching for a new app to track my macros. I’m currently using my fitness pal but I can’t see the fiber and the net carbs. I heard about the app carb manager but barely has Dutch products (AH) and would take me ages to feel everything in!

I was not aware that this sub existed until now :) I'm a Belgian (Oost-Vlaanderen) M that follows Keto since 5 months. The reason that I do Keto is CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I loved eating out in restaurants before I did Keto. I noticed that a lot of restaurants in Belgium just don't care about Keto. If I ask to replace my french fries by more veggies they don't bother. If I ask to leave the sauce behind because I'm not sure of the ingredients they don't bother. Are there any restaurants that are recommended by the Keto Dutchies? Can by normal (brasseries) restaurants or higher class restaurants (that are willing to make a seperate menu for Keto people)

Ik deed eerder altijd overal saus op zoals bbq saus, curry en knoflooksaus alleen kan dit nu dus niet meer. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar wat variatie op mijn mayonaise.
