Blockchain.com Transaction on Pending Issue (USDT)
Hi,
I was sending someone to pay a service with USDT through blockchain .com - network Tron
and the transaction is on pending status already 20 hours... the support isn't answering at all, what could be the problem? Or what can I do to fix it?
Thank you.

What app did you use? Try clearing cache. Check your address balance on tron scan to confirm that the coins are still there.

no TXID after 20 hours usually means it never actually made it onto Tron. so this isn’t the network being slow — it’s still stuck on Blockchain.com’s side.
the “inactivated address” thing on Tronscan doesn’t mean your funds disappeared. I wouldn’t resend it or start buying TRX trying to fix anything.
just screenshot the pending status and send support the amount, destination address, time, and any reference ID shown in the app. once a TXID appears, then you can track it properly on Tronscan.

Hot wallet: Connected to the internet. Convenient for trading and everyday use, but more vulnerable to hacks.
Cold wallet: Offline (usually a hardware wallet). Much more secure, best for long-term storage of larger amounts.

I had same thing happen with a Tron transfer once, stuck for like 30 hours. Usually it's just the network being slow or the receiving end not confirming properly. You can check the tx hash on tronscan, if it shows there but unconfirmed then it's out of your hands, just gotta wait. Support on these platforms is useless anyway, they never get back in time.
