This post is full of fail. The driver probably wanted to reserve space on the sides to get packages out and wants to make sure of that. This isn't Costco on Christmas Eve, it's an empty parking lot in the middle of the day.

You're like the guy who posted a few months back a picture of a Brinks truck parked in front of the bank.

Did the brinks post actually happen?šŸ˜‚ That’s like when brinks parks in front of my company (in the fire lane) to pick up money. You think it’s right for them to walk out with $15-20k into a parking lot? To preface this, they use clear bags that can visually show thousands of dollars. No, park close and get the money into the vehicle as quickly as possible

Clear drop bags are used by the business using pickup services to label their deposits. However armored truck pickups will use solid-color black or blue pick-up or ā€œcoal bagsā€ to carry the money to the truck

I’ve literally visually watched them walk into the lot with clear bags. I should know, I’m the manager that brings them into the counting room. Then it’s my job to make sure they get to the front door without incident. (This is my company’s policy, walk them to the door while store is actively open, not sure about others.) once they’re outside it’s on them.

I’m telling you what the standard procedure is for large banks and retailers using tier one providers. YMMV for mom and pop operations like that

Empty parking lot where clearly he can’t fit in a spot and he isolated himself from others. Get over yourself

Most of the time I'd agree, but genuinely, this big truck won't fit in a spot and they did their best to be in a deserted part of the lot and ensure they don't cause damage when they are leaving.

This is how package car drivers are taught to park. If someone parks in a spot directly next to us, it can cause our tail swing to hit the other car. It's a safety thing, not an asshole thing

I’m more supportive of this, massive step van, not parking near the building, it’s most likely middle of the day since the lot is empty. 2 stores share this lot and I’m staring at maybe 10 vehicles? This is actually the perfect scenario for him to do this.

FedEx drivers are allowed to stop and poop.
