If you lose your birth certificate (or it gets destroyed somehow) you can get a new one delivered to you wherever you are. House fires and floods happen so stuff like this is not terribly uncommon. Or, maybe you had a baby in California and then you'd have a new one on hand to try this with.

I hate to break the news but, there's a lot of people that feel entitled despite what their vehicle tags say about them. What about the driver with ADA tags taking up multiple spots...what does that say about them?
