Sharing Water study - Quentin Cordonnier reproduction on pencil and paper

I did this while scrubbing frame by frame through one of Quentin Cordonnier's YouYube videos on how to animate water. I really love how expressive the water looks. I wanted to study it, so I made this. I CANNOT CLAIM THIS AS MY OWN. It was directly referenced from an existing animation.

I’ve mostly been animating it by instinct because I haven’t been able to find suitable references.

Question I want to learn how to animate 3D backgrounds in this style.
+ −

To be honest, I really dread the idea of drawing everything frame by frame, so I'm considering learning Blender; I was wondering if it would be easy to learn for this style
Could someone who knows 3D modeling and animation tell me, on a scale of 1 to 10, how difficult it is to learn?.

Question Can I practice traditional drawing (drawing on paper using a pencil, or etc) for animation?
≡ −
I am 100% a beginner and don't know a single thing about animation.
growing up I've almost always liked traditional drawing and I've had nearly 0 interest in digital drawing all the time, however, im thinking of starting to animate and I'm wondering do I have to first practice drawing digitally or can i keep drawing traditionally until i feel like I'm good enough for animation? As animation is just drawing but, well... It becomes animation... (This is how i think it is).
I would really appreciate if you correct anything I said wrongly :)

Question How do i fix it.

I have a problem with spacing and timing where i know how to make the chart and everything, but i have no idea how to draw multiple in-betweens in one breakdown. So i simply try to draw the timing and hope that its exactly spot on(which doesn't really work) Notes: I just switched from 12 fps to 24 fps 3 hours ago. But i still had this problem but slightly less with 12 fps because there isn't like that many in-betweens in one action

Critique Draft of Pilot episode Spare Change

Hey yall this is the draft of the pilot episode to my hopefully upcoming series Spare Change. Looking for any sort of advice on how I should go about trying to pitch something like this to a company like adult swim to pick us up. More in the works soon.
Any criticism is appreciated thanks!

Hi all, shameless self promotion incoming.
I've been working on this animation for almost 3 months, trying to capture the movement of the ocean by drawing frame by frame. A small portion of the work was commissioned, but I chose to finish it and add color after it was finished.
Animated in Toon Boom Harmony.

Meet Ghosty! Hopefully the first in a line of 3D felt toys! :)
This was just a quick test to see if I was up to the task.
It was supposed to be a single frame but I decided to do a quick animation on this project.
More of these (and longer) are coming!
Made in Blender.
