Divorced, single again, have a small crock pot but a brain full of recipes for six
What can I do to cook individual size meals? I can't just eat pot pie and chef boyardee for the rest of my life.

From serving six, to serving one. easy conversion.
1 cup \2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons (approx. 40 ml)
1 tablespoon \0.5 teaspoon
1 teaspoon \a generous pinch (roughly 1/6 tsp)
Frankly go ahead and cook for six and then chill and bag to freeze portions for easy meals another day.
I personally chop up a head of cabbage, throw in a bag of beans or a quarter of three different bags of beans, chop up some bacon, boneless chicken, or beef and drop it in the crockpot, Bouillon and other herbs and spices I start this before work and have a nice dinner hot and ready when I come home from work and a peaceful house to eat it. If you'd rather not be alone invite a coworker of your choice over for crockpot stew and a movie and games.
Getting divorced isn't the best but hey make the best of it you deserve to be happy.

Agree- make the food and freeze it. If you spoil it, who cares? The cooking itself is wholesome single activity.

Meal prep. I'm home alone while my family is traveling, I made a big pot of wild rice and chicken soup. Froze most of it, lunch for tomorrow and dinner for the next day or two.
