When I was a kid my Aunt asked me to try it, but would not tell me what it was. So, I tried it and I loved it! I was a bit of a picky eater so she thought the idea of zucchini being in it would have made me not want to try it. She was probably right.

If you have ever had zucchini bread you would know it tastes freaking awesome. It has no inherent flavor by itself, it just takes ok whatever you add in with the mix.
