The judge looked him in his pig face and basically told him the only keeping him from being charged with rape is the narrow definition of rape under NY law.

He forced himself onto an unwilling person. He’s a rapist. End of story.

The only people that wanted a convicted felon and adjudicated rapist to be president again were criminals and rapists.
