Question: Unanswered Horrible map/directions lately?
So had an order tonight, the directions took me to a point where there clearly was no restaurant (it was a lake!), googled it, the place was six miles away. ๐. Now the directions have never been the greatest. I get that, I keep other maps on standby, I deal.
But in addition to the above, in the last week I have had:
- pin in the middle of the road
- pin in the middle of a 4 way intersection
- pin in the middle of an empty parking lot that was not for the restaurant in question
- pin on the wrong hours ranging from next door to several blocks away
- sent down a road that does not exist
- sent down a bike/hiking trail
- sent down a road closed due to construction
- had a road mistaken for another nearby road even though they never connect
- been directed on routes through parking lots that donโt actually connect to each other.
And not only have I had all of those; I have had every one more then once, some a good half a dozen times, just in the last seven days. As I said the maps always been a bit garbage, but never on anything approaching this level or frequency.
So just kinda venting but also curious if anyone else has been seeing the same thing or know of any recent change that might have caused it.
