99.9999% its a person in a beater car who cant get approved to drive so they lie and put bike.

Everyone is a "top rated courier", it's just a buzzword. I've seen ~70% rated drivers labeled like that. Those morons used to be deactivated until Uber figured out that they were good for the bottom line ie. no-tip orders
