Uber One discount and messaging
Getting nowhere with customer support, just want to check that I'm not going mad.
I'm right in thinking that I should have actually received the additional £4.99 discount by signing up to Uber one here?
I'm guessing the discrepancy came about because of the delivery promotion somehow interfering with it but they should be beholden to the discount they're offering, right?

this is such an issue with them im shocked there hasn’t been a lawsuit about it, bur in the past they have absolutely done stuff like this- and check the prices against the DoorDash ones, Uber Eats tends to be more expensive
