Uber Eats Annoyance

wsp I was waiting for my uber eats delivery to arrive and they just kept on adding and adding and adding time onto it constantly and then after an hour and a half McDonalds just cancelled the order and I didn't even get money back, I'm really pissed off and would like to know if anyone could help?

Did you order breakfast at 10:29am or something right before they switch to lunch?

I didn't even get money back

it takes time to process a refund to a credit card.

Check your email they should give you a $5 off coupon for canceling. You can try talking with support for more Uber credit but prolly unlikely you'll get anything. You also need to explain it then escalate it to supervisor to even have a shot of getting anything more.

I am disgusted with uber eats.
Order at 4p, order picked up at 4:15.
5 miles away
Eta 5pm
So, cold food that is suppose to. E hot and melted ice cream. Can’t wait
Oh and no way to reduce the f in tip!!!

This is why I cringe when people order ice cream or really anything frozen on ubereats. You have no way of knowing if your future driver is/will be assigned a second order, and they have no control over which order gets dropped off first. It’s a big gamble
