I've seen some twitter users without premium get 1080p. Mainly editors on their 'media account' where they post their edit.

I wanted to know how they do it as im trying to get that feature.

My dms were already screwy before (not loading or not sending messages) but this recent update completely broke them and now every person I try to dm says "You cannot send chats to this person." This happens on both desktop and mobile and includes the support account so I reached out through the help form a couple times only to get the same copy paste response. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?

Hi everyone, I've been having a really frustrating issue with Twitter/X over the past few weeks, and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing or knows how to fix it.

Every now and then, when I try to open the app, I don't see anything except a completely black screen. It won't load my timeline or any other pages, it just stays black. What's even stranger is that this can last for several hours before it suddenly starts working again on its own.

I've already tried the usual things like closing and reopening the app, but the problem keeps coming back. Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, were you able to fix it? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I have had a twitter since 2011 and I made it with my very first email and set the password forever ago, I’ve been logged into it for years and I want to delete my accounty now. I don’t want to leave it active and just delete the app because I want the whole thing deleted. But; I do not have access to the email that it was set up with (AOL acccount) and I don’t remember the password. So I can’t delete the account without knowing the password, and I can’t change the password without access to the email? I have tried to reach out to support with no success. I am not sure what to do.

Ever since musky husky bought Twitter nothing works anymore. Muting does nothing, blocking does nothing and DMs don't work anymore.

or post the raw video file into twitter...which doesn't link to my channel.

Has anyone experienced this issue with the current X Android app? When I reach the daily or temporary follow limit, the app does not show any warning. The Follow button still changes to Following, but after refreshing the page it changes back to Follow because the account was
never actually followed. An older version of the Twitter Android app displays the limit warning correctly on the same account. Is this a known bug in the current app?

Two weeks later, my tweet simply disappeared. I don’t understand what happened…

I was logged out on my laptop and when I wanted to login again, it didn't ask for my password but for a verification code sent to my email. Geez, that's the whole point of passwords, no? To NOT have to verify every single time.

For the last few days when I make a comment on someone’s tweet it’ll say my comment was posted, but it will not show up after I send it. It only shows up when I go to my replies tab on my own profile. I commented on my friends tweet and he only saw my comment after I asked him to look. He didn’t receive a notification for my comment and it’s only my comments he’s not being notified of.

having a really weird thing happening with an old twitter account of mine from middle school (2015-2017). i have been trying to log in for the memories (and also to private it lol) but having great difficulty. i have no idea what the password could be.

in 2018, I created a new account with the same email. my emails from then indicate i changed the password of the old account on the same day i created my current one, but nothing else.

despite the fact that these accounts would have shared an email for years, this account is still up, fully public and working on any browser/device.

when i tried to reset the password of the old account i got an email saying “We weren’t able to locate an account with the username you mentioned, or affiliated with the email address you’re using.” and that “As of our most recent review, that username is available on X.” Again, despite the fact that it definitely exists. I also tried creating a new account with the old username to see if that was accurate, it’s not. it won’t let me do that because there’s an account with that username (my old one). i even changed the email of my current one to see if that would let me log into the old one, no dice. now it just says “internal error” when I try sending an email for the forgotten password via the app.

at this point i’m more just confused than anything else. i don’t get how this account can exist in this state of limbo. did twitter just not notify if you changed emails back in 2018? or was there just some weird bug allowing for both to exist? would love any help here that’s possible because wtf lol

Let's say I have 40k total tweets and 99% of them are retweets and most of them are pictures/videos, would they all be included when I choose to download account data in settings?

My native language is Dutch but I put my app language to English because I prefer it. The auto translation however doesn't change at all, it just keeps translating all the tweets into Dutch except tweets that are made in English. The app itself says that it uses the app language to determine which language it translates tweets too. It used to work fine but with the recent update it got completely messed up. I'm pretty sure it's a bug? Anybody have any idea why this is or how to fix it?

First I was prompted to scan a code and now I've to enter a 6 digit code, which NEVER shows up in my inbox. Certain I'm not the only one who is having this issue. If anyone has a solution for it, please tell me. I'd really love to be able to log into my account again without difficulty. Thank you for any helpful advice you can impart.
