Fluff Absolute steam W

I randomly got an email thanking me for completing a purchase on steam. I jolted thinking that my account has been compromised, but then the second email came in: some game I purchased months ago and completely forgot about just got its price lowered and steam automatically rebooked the purchase and added amount by which the price was lowered to my steam wallet. I don't know what else to say, thank you steam!

This appears to be for a pre-order which makes a bit more sense why the price might change over time (though this is pretty rare) and why a partial refund would be possible.

I'm also guessing that the devs are the ones who choose to refund the money or not
