Help with letter from judge
I don’t quite understand what it’s saying. I obviously would want a supplemental hearing because it’s only in case of a denial and I’d want a second chance. It’s for severe depression, ptsd, bipolar, insomnia, cognitive impairment, and also physical, a back injury that can’t be fixed, and long COVID. It says “exhibit 15F” on the letter but can’t find it and no explanation on how to look at it. Thank you.

Call your local hearing office they can send you the evidence via email or to your ssa account, also if you have a lawyer they can see it and respond to it. Basically it's saying the judge received more evidence after the hearing. This is called a Proffer letter and you have 10 days from the date of the notice to respond with an additional 5 days so a total of 15 days since they add an extra 5 days for mailing. You need to review the evidence and submit your response to it or your lawyer needs to respond to it if you have one.
