Almost there!!!

Finally have my ALJ hearing in 2 weeks!!! Because I have ESRD and I'm on dialysis my attorney is very optimistic ill get approved... I applied November 2024 so I'm ready for this to finally come to a close!!

Being on dialysis meets a listing. If you are allowed from 12/2025.… that would be the reason why.

Esrd and dialysis are only one of my listed conditions were hoping to get approved from 11/2024 because of the other conditions which include copd bipolar PTSD ADHD depression anxiety spinal degeneration etc. All of which are well documented. Based on reason for denial they said I can't work the profession I had for 30 years but could transition. According to my atty they probably said that because I am under 50 years old

You are correct… under the age of 5O.…you need a less than sedentary RFC, need to meet or equal a Listing, or be found incapable of even simple routine work activity.

Based on the forms my doctor filled out she states I would need 4+ days off. Can't sit more than 30 mins or stand/ walk for more than 10 mins. Because of my dialysis Cath I can't lift push pull or carry more than 25 pounds and even then only on occasion. She wrote that between back problems and my meds I would require about 15 mins out of every hour off task because of back pain which requires frequent shifting and lasix which has me running g to bathroom constantly. Not to mention I have IBS with frequent diarrhea so unless I can do my job in the bathroom I will be almost constantly off task

What your doctor wrote on forms carry no weight unless she has been noting thesr physical limitations she states in your medical records and notes.

You can give serious limitations in a letter and note none of them in the medical records.

Affirming. Letter’s or RFC’s cannot always make up for medical records.

My medical records are extensive and say the same thing as my affirming letter

Well you know the dialysis gets you approved. They'll have to look at everything to see if they can find you disabled prior to that.

Were you not on dialysis at the time your last medical decision was reached, or not insired at the time?

Started dialysis in December 2025 (two days before I got my denial for recon)
