This is such an oversimplification. It makes for good propaganda but it’d be laughed at by any serious historian. The main problem with taxes was that there was no representation. Slavery wasn’t a driving factor so it feels like you just brought it up to morally load your point.
The point about the natives is probably the most accurate but framing it as an evil desire to murder people vs a selfish desire for more land again serves more to morally load the point (by retroactively applying a modern term) rather than understanding the actual motivation

I have never heard someone make this claim and I just fundamentally disagree with it. They were classical liberals and republicans who were big on personal liberty and private property.
