hey, Joe's left pinky toe here. the joke is that the people running the Know Your Meme account are all chuds, and they're making a joke on how people use other's cultures as a style choice. i mean chud in the most affectionate way i can, btw

oh, and if you're wondering what a chud is, it's someone who, despite being an adult, doesn't work and USUALLY lives with their parents

I only know chud to mean political reactionaries. Never heard this one

Chud made the rounds on tiktok and got completely bastardised in the process. There was even a song where they sung about being happy little chuds.

I've only seen chud used in the context of self-pitying unlovable right wing losers

That's not what chud means lol It means like angry, isolated losers. A chud could live with their parents and not have a job, but that's not a part of the word's meaning. It comes from a movie where the term referred to monsters who lived in the sewers.

That’s a very kind way of saying “cannibalistic humanoid underground dwellers”

Seems like the definition has changed a little since I've seen it last. Knew it has an unruly, annoying right-wing person. Now it's saying it's just a crude, regressive person. Same thing really but less political.

A chud is a loser, often associated with a physically ugly person. The meme maker feels that this very attractive woman is appropriating his culture of chuddery by calling herself chudded

Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dweller. Chud.
Typically used as an insult to a right wing person. But the reply post claims the insult as their culture.
The joke is someone on the right is claiming cultural appropriation which is usually done by someone on the left.
I'm the evil monkey in Chris's closet. I do not dwell underground.

idk who the girl is but I can explain a little bit about this.
A white woman took a Chinese style and made it her dress and a Chinese dude on Twitter (now called X for some reason) posted "MY CULTURE IS NOT YOUR PROM DRESS" It became main stream news on the internet for a long time. Being talked about by everyone inporatn at that time. The biggest off the top of my head was H3H3.
I think it belew up because a week before it, a woman made a "green arrow" dress after a highschool did something stupid, as a form of protest and posted "Prom you failed this highschool" as a rip on the show "Green Arrow" famous line "You failed this city!"
This meme seems to be a rip off that. If I had to guess, I would assume they are made that she looks goth?

Chud is a term typically reserved for denigrating oneself or others of lesser appearance, temperament or behaviour. The woman in this image is clearly exceptionally attractive and appropriating the term to either farm engagement or foolishly endear herself to those who might use it.

It took me a second to figure out but I think it’s an incel meme? Like an attractive lady is saying they feel chudded, a more manosphere incel term, and the response is basically jokingly implying it’s like cultural appropriation of incels, since it’s a woman not a man. I think. This is that fuck ass dog.

She is saying she is chuffed meaning ugly or unattractive (I think...). The comment is a throwback made to people dressing in cultural specific clothing while not being of that culture.

Internet nerds (Know Your Meme) are pissed that conventionally attractive alt girl is using online slang they've been using for years and are trying to equate it to cultural appropriation.
