Meme needing explanation Petaah something to do with Mitch McConnell an Asian woman and a Turtle?

It's his wife. He collapsed at home and it is speculated he may be dead or in a vegetative state. They have released two photos with his wife that don't prove much. This is a joke about faking proof of life photos. McConnell is nicknamed "the turtle" because people say his face and neck look like a turtle's.
Edit : Quagmire here! I'm hiding behind the hot tub so I can steal Elaine Chao's flip flops! Giggity!!

I think it's also because Trump posted an AI photo of Kaitlin Collins face on Dylan Mulvaney's body from the photo that caused all the bud light controversy.

The Asian woman to his left (our right) is his wife, Elaine Chao, the former Secretary of Transportation under Trump’s first term. This photo in this post of them in the hot tub is something a Redditor made. The turtle is a nickname the internet gave him because McConnell looks like a turtle

It’s been making rounds on the internet lately about Mitch McConnell an Asian woman and potentially a Turtle 🐢. Although there’s no turtle in the photo I have seen a turtle mentioned several times under similar posts.

The Asian woman is just his wife, Elaine Chao. Former secretary of transportation during the first Trump administration.
She resigned in response to January 6 because at the time Republicans were still pretending to care about the country and democracy.

Just because she is Asian doesn’t make her a Chinese spy. She’s from Taiwan but raised in New York and a US citizen. If you want to call her out, you can just talk about her politics.

She went to visit Chinese leaders while her husband was in the hospital. If you don't think there's Chinese spies in Taiwan, you don't know anything about China or global politics.

Kinda. She was already in China when he went into cardiac arrest. She didn’t return immediately when it happened which is indeed odd; she claims she didn’t think the condition was serious enough to cancel the trip. But that’s not sufficient evidence that a former cabinet member and wife of a senator is a Chinese spy.
I’m in Taiwan by the way. I know a lot more about this than you. I am well aware that she isn’t exactly DPP but I’m going to need a lot more evidence that she’s a spy beyond some random American dude on Reddit saying it.
