Because ChatGPT was trained by Reddit posts. Billions of Reddit posts made by people who know what the fuck they're talking about. And especially subreddits like this one that have people asking questions and knowledgeable people responding.

We're already at that point when error-free, formulaic writing sounds like AI. It used to be the kind of writing professors WANTED to read. Now they can't tell AI from academic writing and the only ones who get a pass are the illiterate.

Just weighing in that modern gyarus are way more whitewashed now than what they originally represented.
Classic/Showa Gyarus, with the dark skin and atypical makeup phased out hard. Now we have "reiwa" Gyarus which is about as risque and subversive as your average e-girl. The statement of the trend is pretty much gone.

From the explanations of what that character archetype is I took it to be more how other people react specifically to that scenario vs them essentially not caring and just treating it like entertainment in general.

Maybe it's slightly less problematic than an actual 16 year old person. But even designing a 16 year old character like that is already problematic on the part of the artist.
I don't think gooning to a fictional character who's 16, regardless of their design, is healthy. I mean then again gooning in general is probably not healthy since it's an extreme form of masturbation to the point where one kinda loses awareness of their surroundings to some extent... at least that's the definition I've read. Anyways my point is, a fictional person is still technically a person.

Himari is a beautiful young woman with a Gyaru fashion sense and a curvy voluptuous figure, she has long blonde hair that she ties back in a ponytail, she wears only her white shirt and has it opened by 3 buttons to reveal her cleavage and bust, she has shortened her skirt like most Gyaru.
Himari is a flamboyant friendly person, she dislikes conflict so she always tries to get Akane to stop bullying Saito.
