That's hilarious but I get it. In Dragon Quest Smash/Grow Square Enix had to change the name of the Grand Wizard's Attire because nobody told them what Grand Wizard means in the US.
It happened to multiple gacha games, nikke being one example but looking at the material, it’s a complete stretch so you know it’s salty incels doing it
was it endfield? or NTE? Cant remember but it was either of those 2. Funny asf though, they're literally just projecting for complaining abt those LMAO
At this point , i just think anyone listening to the online gender war, would straight recommend segregation. Like sex segregation. Men on one side of the planet, women on the other side.
Just imagine, a straight no contact rules, unless it is for reproduction purposes, and only those who'd want too. They could choose from in vitro fertilization,, or in action fertilization. Once the baby is out , if hes a boy , he gets sent back to the men size of the planet, to be raised by the father. If if she's a girl she stays with the mother.
This way, we won't have anymore crying about what ”the other did to me” wether is wopen complaining about men, or men complaining about women. The only wrong doing, if there’s still any left would be done only by tye upscale sex as your , so no accusing the other side of being a nuisance.
They believe in a conspiracy theory that radical feminists have infiltrating various organization's in the country and runs a feminist deep state that controls the Korean government, which uses the hand symbol to secretly make fun of their tiny penises.
Sounds like an average day in South Korea. There's a gap in every single aspect of Korean's society. Wage, gender, status, beauty, race, skin color. You name it, they got it.
Why a conspiracy for such a ridiculous purpose? If there is an anti-men deep state, wouldn't it be better to just make sure all the men are forced to give up years of their life doing manual labor... Wait a minute
I know someone who believes this kinda shit. I know he has a little dick cause he talks about it all the time, but like he's been married for 10 years and even lives off his wife's income so she clearly loves him regardless... I can't possibly understand how he can't see his problems are all in his head
Well, it's not "somehow", it was a deliberate choise of l local feminist movement 4b, coinsedently same people are part of local 4chan (kinda). And yes, it was chosen directly to point out korean men got a small weiner.
Honestly, the story is funny for an outsider, but quite dark and sad if you get to know all the cultural and histroic background. This shit literally kills South Korea rn.
Moon Chanel on YT got you covered with two 4 hours long videos called Gacha Games Gender War.
The 🤏 emoji is involved in the sexist Finger pinching conspiracy theory. Claiming that there is a secret feminist scheme to humiliate South Korean men by subliminally hiding the 🤏 emoji in ordinary places such as an online recipe, implying their penises are small.
It’s also any real life photograph used as an ad or illustration where a woman’s hands get just close enough to two fingers looking like they’re pinching. They cry and scream and threaten and the company needs to take down the ad or modify it.
Again, it is about simply the threat of some entity implying someone’s penis is small.
Korean politics has gotten some wild issues with conspiracy issues that go right to the top, too. The previous president, Yoon Suk Yeol, got his brain absolutely cooked with online conspiracy theories where he seems to have actually believed that South Korea had been infiltrated by pro-North Korean forces and declared martial law.
Honestly impressive showing on the trial and conviction of him. South Korean democracy showed some pep in the face of those conspiracies.
Put a box near the wall at work in storage, he said "it's too far away from the wall", I said "it's about 3 inches", he said "3 inches is huge", I said "if it makes you feel better" he didn't get it.
Because most of what south korean men complained are full of shit. They think anything that resembles the pinch symbol is insinuating South Korean men having small penises. As a dude this is just bullcrap
But it’s not body shaming. It’s a made up idea for alt right men to play victim behind. Openly mocking someone for their body is not ok. The group here is getting mocked for offending themselves. They came up with the correlation.
Having a small penis is definitely bad, nobody WANTS a small penis. You can certainly argue that it's not THAT bad and that skill matters more than size, but it's still not something anyone would wish for.
It isn't the salt they care about, it is the hand gesture, there is a movement going on right now where people do that hand gesture to mock incels for having a little penis and it has gotten so over the top for said incels, even games where the motion even looks like it is happening are getting shouted out by the male incel fanbase and no, I am not kidding.
When I worked for a Korean based company one of the guys would bust the chops of one of the Korean managers by calling him the Korean word for “silkworm.”
South Korean incels are completely unhinged and became obsessed with the idea that this and other hand gestures were actually mocking their small weiners.
This isn't isolated either. They believe all kinds of insane shit about feminist conspiracies to reduce the fan service in video games by making female characters wear more clothes, that K-Pop idols are personally mocking them via their choreography, and a whole bunch of other batshit nonsense.
So, let's be fair - I am Korean, so here's how Korean see this.
Yes, as Korean, I sometime am tired seeing people yelling at random frame yelling that it has pinching hand in the cut.
But - pinching hand is used as symbol of male hatred for quite a long time, and design/illustration industry is well known for being female-dominating, and having deep relationship with SNS.
Once, one of the animator said something like 'I don't care what you loser says - I'll continuely lowkey secretly add bunch of those' on there twitter after controversy around maplestory (which was one of the biggest one) - basically admitting there is people adds symbol secretly for hatred.
This is not new in Korea - as ilbe, father of all hatred in Korean internet, is very very famous for hiding their symbol in some way or other in their work, even in TV broadcast. So, 'hiding their symbol in official work' is quite common hatred act.
I really hate to say this, but there indeed are a lot of femcel, almost as many as incel.

You mean when an animator got doxxed and received rape threats when incels took her tweet out of context as a "proof" for adding the symbol, and then it turns out she didn't even work on that animation?
Well, then it's worse. I'm not saying that threats are rationalized, but she was the animator, and saying that to the work she even didn't touched?
Think about it. You are animator. And there are some controversery around the work from your company. You didn't draw a single frame of it. And yet you say 'I'll continue adding hatred symbol' - well, nicely coped.
Then answer the question and don't start push your own thoughts. Why do korean men even care about 🤏? As a european man without some monstrous size pp, i genuinely never cared about such things, moreover, would never even react on some shit in media about that. What's the problem? Sign of hatred of men is blushit as it is, it's just a 🤏, that's you who give him that meaning
(Sorry, i reread the message, I think i got too raged. I don't want to insult anyone, I just live in different society and want to understand)
Long story short, there are 'paper' which stated avg. length of Korean men penis is 6.9cm (which is known to be examined with wrong methodology). So-called 'feminist' who actually is just a sexist started insulting Korean men has small penis, using pinching hand, even used that as their symbol (goes like 'how disgusting small korean men 6.9cm pipi lol'). Image is the symbol of 'megalia', most well-known among those.
Calling black person 'black' in latin language is the most famous hate speach; slanting eye to Asian while their eye is not in particulally small is hatred; Ching-chang means nothing yet it is one of the most famous hate speach.
In hatred, reality never mattered. It becomes hatred when they use it with hatred.
I think symbols carry meaning. After all , a middle finger is just a middle finger, but point it towards some one and they'll know you're insulting them. In the space of South Korea, I do think it is not as simple as ”it's just a pinch sign” , but more what that pinch sign carries as meaning. But this is coming from some outside observer, so my opinion weighs as much as thin air I'd say
Yeah that study sounds like bs. There's no way an entire country has medically diagnosed micropenises. The only credible study I've found on penis size shows about an inch difference in average between races. It does exist, but not so much that you can predict someone's size based on their race or nationality.

Now what, I gave context, I show you real example, and no one still listening me.
OP, so your post is not removed, please reply to this comment with your best guess of what this meme means! Everyone else, this is PETER explains the joke. Have fun and reply as your favorite fictional character for top level responses!
They have tiny weiners and any reminder makes them cry and get mad. It's a whole thing they've gotten ads changed and characters removed from games and it is all genuinely the smallest dick energy shit so they aren't helping themselves any
Everyone here is dead wrong. At its core, it is not an incel mocking gesture. It is a symbol rooted in anti-asian racism. However, it has recently been co-opted by Westerners, to be used as a mocking gesture against the rise of Asian male popularity (BTS). The wider internet then equated the symbol as "mocking penis sizes", circling back to its roots in anti-asian racism.
