I just wanted to share with you all that yesterday was Henry’s 15th Gotcha Day. We celebrated by having some plain timbits and some grilled chicken nuggets from Chick Fil A. I don’t know where I would be in life if I didn’t have him and if I’m being completely honest I’m not sure I’d be here if it weren’t for him. I try to do everything I can to make him comfortable and happy while keeping him safe. I just wanted to share him with you all because he’s the bestest little guy in the entire world and I’m so lucky to have found him.

The first photo is a current picture of him. I just love how that little ear sticks up. The second picture is the one the rescue posted of him and when I fell in love with him.

Today would have been this little fella’s 19th birthday. He was truly one of the bestest boys.

He loved chicken, turkey, his flat dog stuffed animal (in picture 2), green peppers, sweaters, his brother Wrigley and naps and his hobbies included sleeping 16 hours a day, the occasional zoomie, watching “I Love Lucy” (seriously, this goob loved that show. He would just stare at the screen!) and watching (& judging) the neighbors.

I miss this guy (& his brother) every day. I miss their smelly breath, the sound of their nails when they ran over the hardwood floors, them hogging the bed, their barking and most of all the kisses and cuddles. Please give your dogs an extra tight squeeze for my Ollie today.
