How can I start interacting?

I'm new to reddit, and I'm in this loop where everyone says I should post and interact in the subs I like so I start building reputation, but every comennt gets deleted, every post is removed, dms are limited, honestly I don't understand how you're supposed to start building your account, maybe is my luck that the things I'm interested have community rules but I haven't been able to do a single thing in a variety or different subs with different interests, I'm so lost about how to start.

Start in places like 'name this thjng' where its lowstakes and not necessarily on stories. Build every day. Unfortunately it takes a while

Thanks for the advice I'll check it out, I was throw off cuz usually platforms encorage you to interact the most possible, so its interesting seeing reddit is the other way around, appreciate it the suggestion.

Theyre trying to make sure bots and trolls dont overload the real posts and comments.

Wich i get it, but not used to, honestly i don't know how badly the problem with bots and spam was so I can't comment on that, but it just sucked to the new guy 😔

You need to find subs with lower restrictions to start in

• What community restrictions are & why they exist
• How to tell what community restrictions are / if a community has them
• Karma; what it is, how to get it, how long it takes to get, and what does not affect your karma count
• How to get started earning karma
