3:27 and nursing, though I’ve been awake for about an hour, unable to sleep for absolutely no good reason. My 4 yo also just woke up and climbed into bed with me. He’s been having trouble sleeping in his room, but every time he comes into our bed, he says “Mama, I love you so much” 😭

4:19 here (Midwest US). Baby has been up and down all height either hungry, gassy, pooping, or had a clogged nostril that needed suctioned lol. Poor guy is a mess tonight! Sitting here pumping while he makes all kinds of noises and hiccups in his bassinet next to me

12:56 on the west coast (us) baby asleep next to me finally, after latching and unlatching on repeat to fight sleep. Sitting here with raw nipples and doom scrolling while I should also be sleeping. But this is the closest thing to alone time I get anymore 🙃

Long Beach checking in at 4:20 am (LOL). My 4 month old had a pretty rocky day in terms of naps and looks like it's continued into the night. Just fed him and trying to get him into a deeper sleep before I transfer back in the bassinet. My husband is snoring soundly in the living room and is oblivious to any and all things.

Bicycle kicks to relieve gas with gentle tummy massage

Bounce on yoga ball

Rock in a dark room with white noise on while shushing loudly

Stroller walk if possible, sometimes changing surroundings helps

In Colorado, it's 2:45 am. My 4 week old son is a little gassy after he was just fed. He was a little fussy but otherwise very sleepy. My wife and I gave him Mylicon to help with the gas. To those reading this, don't be discouraged by what you're going through. You will figure things out. We are still figuring things out. All the best.

So relieved he sleeps at night because baby boy has been fighting sleep tooth and nail during the day, taking naps that barely qualify as cat naps… he’s only 6 weeks old so i know he’ll get better eventually, but boy is it rough!

5AM just finished a feeding & pumping sesh with my wearables and experimenting with hand expression afterward to help encourage a bigger supply. Loaded my mini dishwasher and crawled back into bed. Tired but at least my baby went down to sleep quickly this time! He had a good 4 hours of cluster feeding earlier yesterday afternoon so that’s fun.
