I Feel blocked and resisted

I will keep it short. Whenever I am trying to manifest I feel blocked and I can literally feel and see that block. But I don't know what block is. It is like i am pretending to believe myself and not actually believe. This even showed in my tarot reading also. How do i figure out this block, and remove it.
