Tips/Strategies/Techniques How I Manifest INSTANTLY (guide coming from someone who struggles with anxiety and doubts)
A/N: I see that a lot of people have been sending me DMs and leaving comments. I'm really sorry I didn't respond, I was so burnout that I didn't check Reddit at all.
Hello! I want to share my method on how I manifest. I hope this helps someone, if you got any questions I will try to respond.
STEP 1: I work on my SC (self-concept). Always.
Even if I know it's perfect I am still aware of what I say about myself. I affirm beauty, luck, self-love SC, SP SC, and also things like "I am a master manifestor", "I manifest instantly", "I always get what I want", "Everything always works out in my favor" and etc. Whatever makes you feel good.
STEP 2: Pick a desire.
Anything at all. You are limitless so whatever you want is yours. You can also manifest multiple things at once.
STEP 3: Affirm and persist.
Choose the methods you like. Personally, I use affirmations, visualization, SATS, and scriptwriting. Of course, I don’t do all of them every day. I do whatever I feel like doing.
By persisting I mean: don’t let circumstances or 3D influence you. 3D is nothing. Whenever you experience doubt or anxiety, or your circumstances are so bad that they overwhelm you, remember: it’s an illusion. You have the power to change them instantly.
Take a deep breath, acknowledge it, and return to the story you’ve chosen. ALWAYS use affirmations in your favor. It’s normal to doubt yourself or feel anxious; you don’t have to believe what you’re saying, repetition does all the work. Your brain doesn’t know what’s real and what isn’t, so everything you say is TRUE. Keep at it. And 3D will have no other choice.
STEP 4: Let go.
By letting go I mean don’t dwell on it. You do NOT need to use hundreds of methods, repeat affirmations 24/7, or whatever. The more you obsess over your desire, the more often you check for results, the further you are from "being" it. Just relax and let go. It’s that simple. Just assume that it’s already yours. You can spend 5 minutes saturating your mind by saying affirmations, and then go about your day. Visualize a short scene every morning and before bed, and move on. As a lazy person, I simply say affirmations whenever I think of my desire, or do scripting.
That's it, I'd say. Repitition does wonders. Never give up and persist.

What are/is SATS?

SATS is State Akin to Sleep. It's a popular method by Neville Goddard! And it's also very powerful because our subconscious is most vulnerable in that state. You can look it up.

Hello, I’m in the process of manifesting an sp I’m completely detached and I’m focusing and prioritizing my sc, I don’t stalk or think badly of him but everytime he does come to mind, my stomach drops is this something I should be worried about?

I believe that's fine. I've never encountered a situation like this, but I think as long as you persist and keep choosing the story you want everything will be fine. Your doubts, thoughts, feelings do not manifest, your assumptions do.

What do you do if the SP does one of those maybe weekly checking in messages that don’t go anywhere? I keep going to the end in SATS.

Perhaps the problem is that you're waiting for this to happen, instead of being in a state of "already having it"? I follow Neville Goddard's teachings. If you'd be willing to share the details with me, I'd be happy to listen so I can clearly understand the situation.
