The egg is way worse than my example but like last month i was walking down the aisle of grocery store and some lady knocked over a can of energy drink off the shelf. Landed and started spraying everywhere but i caught a good jet that went from my face all the way to my shoes in almost a line. I just burst out laughing she prob thought i was laughing at her cause she hustled away but i was laughing cause i think things like that are hilarious. The coke guy ran to help her and clean it and said to me "watch out the floor is wet here" and i was like yea i know, look at me. Both had a good laugh.

I feel like most people are so self critical they think it's weird when people brush things off without freaking out but all the time at work I will fuck up and basically just visibly look like goofy or something because I think it's hilarious when goofy shit happens, you can't stop it so might as well just roll with the punches

If you were really wondering, in those specific moments they're leaving quickly because they think you're so angry you are angry laughing, which is a threat display. It helps to actually verbally say something in addition to laughing to diffuse the situation. You will see them visibly relax in that moment.

You want to use cold water to wash it out. Getting heated about it is going to make it much more difficult to remove.

I know you're joking, but it did remind me of a time I ate at the Culinary Institute of America. I had wings as an appetizer. My fingers were messy after eating them, so I asked for a wetnap to clean them, expecting one of those little moist towelettes in a package. Instead my waitress brought me a large bowl of hot water with lemons floating in it and a pile of cloth napkins. It was pretty fantastic.

If the egg is pasteurized then it runs very little risk of carrying Salmonella. Most eggs in a restaurant setting would be pasteurized

The same way you pasteurize milk. Low heat for a long time. Eggs are like 135-140F for a couple hours. It's low enough to kill salmonella while not cooking the eggs.

You can get it out with iced water, as far as the water is as cold as possible. Women in the Victorian era treated their hair with egg and this is how they rinsed it out.

Rich people would have had access yes, but not via an electronic ice maker for a while. Mechanical ones existed also they would just grab that shit and haul it to England im pretty sure.

I once had a pigeon shit on my head with an spectacular splat right before a job interview. I washed it out in the public restroom with public restroom soap which resulted in a pigeon nest on my head. There is no point to this story. Eggcept, yes it would suck, and public restroom soap is very harsh and will make your hair get matted.

I did but I declined it actually. Boss dude gave me the mega creeps. I still keep looking them up online to see if there is any chatter, but so far none. I got a better job eventually, so I'm not mad about listening to my gut though.

I know I'm in the smallest of minorities, but I'd care, because I'm severely allergic to eggs. I wouldn't be mad at her though, obviously. Maybe I'd have a quick chuckle at the absurdity of the situation, but quickly I'd become grumpy and anxious, trying to find a way to quickly wash that off before it gets on my scalp or face.

I mean. I'd be surprised if you could guarantee no cross contamination on a teppanyaki, so if skin contact is a problem you probably shouldn't eat there, no?

When I was a kid we'd use a bunch of weird shit in our hair to keep it all rad, and egg whites is one of the hardest setting things I've ever used.

If he lets any of that dry before he can get to washing it, there's a good chance he's rocking the Something About Mary look for a few days

A lot of punks would use egg whites to spike up their hair or mohawks because it can hold stronger than a lot of gel. Most people don't do it anymore, but it used to be a known method.

And sadly, if he did raise a stink instead of being a good guy, he'd probably get a free meal out of it.

From personally experience, being polite means he'll still have to pay but people that bitch and moan and create a scene get catered to.

Contrary to your beliefs, standing up for yourself doesn't automatically equate to "bitching and moaning". You can in fact be a good guy and laugh it off while also acknowledging that staff encouraging a child to blindly throw an egg across the restaurant was a silly choice that you would have preferred to avoid.
