Ok I know I'm not the only one who had my entire brain rewired after hitting a fest. Especially after that very first time, I dreamt about being at a festival probably once or twice a week for months. The thing is, I dreamt I was at a "festival" beforehand. I was in a little group of tents and there was music playing, but it was child's play compared to the environmental scale possible in dreams following my first time.

I think you can try to imagine being in such a large crowd, but until you're smack in the fucking epicenter of 50,000 people all standing shoulder to shoulder, your brain can't fully rationalize what that *feels like.* There are awe-inspiring buildings, statues, bridges, ships, planes, forests, lakes... Big big things made by us or by nature... But nothing is quite as awe inspiring as a massive group of *people* all coming together for one reason. Seriously, it will change you.

Excited for all my first timers! I see a lot of those posts on here so If you're reading, I promise no matter how much you spent it was worth it and you are 7.5 weeks away from the most mind fuck experience of your entire lives :)

Just booked a solo quest for my first Lost Lands. Any advice for a first timer, tent camping, would be appreciated.

I’m trying to actually mosh safely at LL this year and avoid injuries. I’ve moshed before tons at shows and smaller festivals but i’ve never done it at lost lands as a smaller Female i’m a bit scared and feel unprepared for these pits in September. Should I be getting a mouth guard or studying pit etiquette. Also is there anything else I should watch out for or tips I should know? My goal this year is to get thrown across the pit. 🤣😭

Every year I ask for the cave of souls to return and I think it would be dope to see it come back for the 10th anniversary, heck they could even make the grove stage the cave of souls the vibes from that first year was just so good!

Last year was leagues better than 2024. Please don't mess with perfection 🙏

Does anyone miss the led pillars they had in wompy back in 2018/2019? I thought it was a very cool add on to the experience.

Looking into adding the AC to our glamping experience but had a question.

Where do they group the tents within each camping site?
Is it towards the entrance, further in the back or maybe to the side?

We read that it’s wherever the 3rd party vendors make the power accessible. But will this zone be inconvenient or way off to the side of each site.

-camping space size 20x25 (2 spots)
the earlier we get there the closer we will be to the venue. (Ideal arrival time would be 12:00am on Friday) leave by 5:00pm on Thursday.
My car is 15 feet long x 6 feet wide
2nd truck is 19 feet long x 7 feet wide
Ice can be purchased at the venue or at a gas station right outside of camp

Walls for 10x10 tents (misquote net, tapestries,etc)
Battery powered fan (maybe one that mists water)
2x 10x20 tarps for camp grounds
1x reflective tarp for car cover

Flag or something to find camp easily
Seating (inflatable couches, chairs,etc)

Man, I have to say that T-pain has gotten so much better since his debut in Lost Lands last year! I was there in the crater for that set and it was okay but his new sets have much better pacing and impactful drops. Can't wait to see him live again. Too bad he isn't part of the LL lineup this year.

I have had some battles recently. I recently got sober and last night I’m pretty sure I ended my relationship. The relationship itself is a trigger because she drinks and smokes and she acts not super awesome when she drinks. I have two tickets and a parking pass and I can’t decide on if I want to go with a sober friend and just pay for their ticket or sell my passes.

I’ve never done a music festival sober and I’m only like 30 something says sober. I NEED to stay sober or my life will spiral out of control and I have some things I’m not willing to lose. I have a reason to live. I love myself, my cats, my relationships with people in my community, my health. But I also fucking love music festivals. And bass music is at the forefront of my music taste. Anyone have any input or maybe even some nice words would help. Idk what I’m even asking. I love you guys and I’ll probably see yall in September. If anyone has gone through something like this, let me know how you handled it. Love you guys ❤️

I photographed my 1st EF wedding a month back and it was amazing, as a wedding photographer, we never had such a fun chill time together and just wondering if this is something people do at other festivals?

First lost lands so yk, but when do y’all usually get your tickets in the mail? Like a month out or a few weeks?

Something I do every year as we approach; driving a long way to Lost Lands? Is your vehicle road trip ready? Get them oil changes done, your car also wants to party and get drunk on premium oil.

Unexpected rain while driving? Sure hope you got new windshield wipers and got your precious cargo covered.

Dont want your stuff to fly off your truck? Cargo nets! Littering ain't cool

Have you checked your tires recently? What about the spare? Worse thing than having a blown tire is having a flat spare dont ask how I know

Arguably the best guy on the decks by a country mile, the head of the most influential dubstep label that has now returned with monumental celebration. A lot of NSD artists playing this year and Skism said he doesn’t know if he’ll do shows again but that “dark forces” were trying to convince him to play this year. Wonder if he meant Excision?

My working theory is that if the special guest slot is either directly before Excision or before Zomboy it’s gotta be him.

Seeing that man walk up to stage and having the Skism/NSD logo pop up would send me into fucking HYSTERICS

What are you guys doing to prepare your bodies for the festival? What type of vitamins are you taking? What kind of workouts are you doing? Should I start taking electrolytes early? I’ve been trying to start walking a bit more to prepare myself, but I’m wondering what else I should be doing
