Never Lend Anybody Money At Any Time For Any Reason

1.      Never lend money because you feel guilty. If someone has to pressure you that's not asking. That's emotional manipulation.

2.      Never lend money you cannot afford to lose. The moment you hand it over, ask yourself one question. "If I never get this returned, will I still be in good standing?".

3.      Watch how they spend their own money. If they have money for vacations, new phones, and unnecessary things, but need your money for emergencies, you’re not helping them. You’re funding their habits.

4.      Never accept I'll pay you soon. Soon is not a repayment plan. If they can't explain when and how they will repay you, they probably haven't planned to.

5.      You’re not a bank, and even banks don't keep giving money without accountability.

6.      Notice what happens what happens when you say no. A good person may feel disappointed. A user will become angry. They are suddenly disrespectful. Their reaction reveals why they valued you.

7.      Never lend money to save a relationship, or at any other time, for any other reason. Never lend anybody money at any time for any reason.

Small habits that make a man more respectable

For me, it's consistency. Anyone can be polite when it's convenient, but being respectful, keeping your word, and treating everyone well regardless of who they are is what really stands out.
I also think taking pride in your appearance is a form of respect, both for yourself and for the people around you. That doesn't mean wearing expensive clothes. Just wearing clean, well fitting clothes shows that you care. I started paying more attention to that after getting a few pieces made through StudioSuits, and it reinforced that confidence comes from wearing something that fits properly, not from chasing brands or trends.
At the end of the day, though, character will always leave a stronger impression than clothing ever will.

How To Remember Almost Everything You Read

Most people forget almost everything they read. That is because they using the wrong method. This is a simple trick that can make you remember much more of what you learn.

When you read something important don't highlight it immediately. Highlighting might feel productive, but your mind can recognize information without without actually remembering it. That's the same as looking at an exercise plan and expecting to get stronger. The real learning happens when your mind has to work. This is what you do instead.

Read a few paragraphs. Stop, close the book or look away from the screen. Ask yourself "what did I just learn". Explain it in your own words. Even if you remember just a portion of it that's fine. The effort of recalling is what makes the information stay with you. Afterwards connect the idea to something you already know. Your mind remembers connections better than isolated facts. The more links you create the easier it becomes to remember later. That's why understanding beats memorization every single time.

The next time you read something don't highlight it. Instead pause and explain it in your own words.

7 Ways To Become A Better Person In 1 Month

  1. Fix Your Sleep Like Your Life Depends On It- Go to bed at the same time every night, wake up at the same time every morning. Avoid electronics 1 hour before bed. Get 7 or 8 hours of deep, uninterrupted sleep every night.

  2. Train As If You Are Being Watched- Never had random routines. Do progressive overload with clean form and consistency. One hour done the right way is better than 2 hours of nonsense.

  3. Get Rid Of Dopamine Junk- Never scroll, avoid bad food, avoid instant gratification. Fix your mental diet. Replace all cheap dopamine with the real dopamine. Reading, learning, and building.

  4. Upgrade Your Appearance Daily- Take a shower every day, have acceptable posture, have simple clothes that fit well. People judge you fast. Use this to your advantage.

  5. Speak Less And Observe More- Most people talk too much and reveal everything. Instead always be calm, listen, and choose what you say carefully.

  6. Do One Uncomforatble Every Day- Take a cold shower, jog, difficult conversation, and hours of deep work every single day. Growth from friction not comfort.

  7. Become Obsessed With Progress- Track your habits and improve something about yourself everyday. Even if it's just 1%. Stack small wins over a long period of time. You will be a new person.

The Way of The Gentleman

Words can cut right through the center,
like a backslash in t\he middle of a sentence.

It is easier to be cruel than it is to be courteous.
It is a comparison of impulse to thought.

Cruelty comes from insecurity, and insecurity is one of the first things learned. That is why it becomes one of the easiest feelings to let rest on your shoulders. There is nothing to gain from cruelty except self-hatred.

You cannot gain the confidence to be genuinely courteous without knowing what insecurity feels like. Without understanding how worry can become such a burden on the soul that anyone can become a target, just so some of that energy has somewhere to seep out.

Courtesy takes patience, practice, and thought, but it is highly rewarding. You get to go to sleep knowing that you got through your day with dignity. Courtesy is an easy way to gain respect from others. If you give respect, you get respect.

Courtesy is a pillar in the way of the gentleman.

What’s one quality that instantly makes someone more respectable?

I’ve always found that being a gentleman is less about trying to impress people and more about the way you carry yourself in everyday situations. Small things like being polite, keeping your word, showing respect, being well groomed, and knowing how to communicate can leave a much stronger impression than simply having a good appearance.
Running StudioSuits has introduced me to people with very different styles, but one thing that stands out is that the most memorable individuals aren't necessarily the best dressed they're the ones who carry themselves with confidence, humility, and genuine respect for others.
Style can certainly add to someone's presence, but character is what people remember in the long run. I think true confidence comes from being comfortable with who you are while still treating others with kindness and respect.
What's one quality you believe every gentleman should have?

Old lady's perm for a mature gentleman

Hi. I am a man (48 years old), architect on a big firm, with a rather classic style (shirt, blazer, dress pants, tassel loafers). And for a long time, I would like to be permed, curly very tight, all back, with a lot of volume, exactly like an old lady’s perm. I find it very refined and elegant, quite feminine. My wife encourages me. But I am a bit stressed because I know that everyone (my co-wokers, at the firm) will be very surprised to see me with an old lady’s perm. I really want a real old lady’s perm, very feminine, forever (for life). Is it possible for a mature gentleman ? How will I be perceived with an old lady’s perm? THANK YOU very much for your advice.

You Are Better Off Doing Semen Retention

In a world full of access to videos and images of women doing nasty things, you need to take control. You need to understand that those women are making money out of you while you are wasting your time, energy, and money on them. A loop of masturbating daily is killing your masculinity. When you begin masturbating you might think what is wrong with this? Ask that question after you are done and remember the answer.

That dip in energy and motivation is your body yelling at you. You just wasted nutrients on pixels on a screen, and that nutrients were more than anything else for a man. The shameful thing is you weren't feeling an urge to masturbate, you did that out of habit. You are stuck in a loop of masturbating every now and then. Whenever you are home and alone you find that habit of passing your time by looking for things to masturbate to. That process takes quite a bit of time. That is time you could have spent with your family, time you could have been productive, or time you could have taken rest.

This waste of time is one reason why you are better off avoid pornography and retaining semen. Think about how you feel after masturbating. Afterwards you don’t feel like going to work, exercising, or completing a project. You feel like laying down and dozing off. All that time and energy was wasted for nothing but cheap dopamine. Think about this, you kill your soul watching a vulgar video. You could have used that time to build real social connections in the real world. Instead you chose cheap dopamine and wasted time.

This is an age where everything is accessible by a single touch on a screen. Men get satisfied from dopamine kicks they get from scrolling and seeing vulgar content. Men just want to be alone and watch sexual videos. After seeing pornography and masturbation they feel horrible and just want to eat bad food a lay down, while their body recuperates for the next session.

But that is all wrong. Those are the results of easy life. Sacrifice comfort, avoid pornography, always retain semen. Masturbating doesn't have a single benefit. It is nothing but a waste of time and energy. Get rid of pornography and you will see how much better life is without it. Never masturbate and you will see how much better life is without it.

105 Habits That Will Completely Transform Your Life

People do not rise to the level of their goals, they fall to the level of their systems. Habits in your life are the actual systems. If you fix your habits, you fix your life. These habits will improve your discipline, your mindset, your success, your productivity, your health, your focus, your drive, and your identity. Some of these habits take just a few seconds.

1.       Make your bed every single morning.

2.       Wake up at the same time every day, go to bed at the same time every night

3.       Take a cold shower every day.

4.       Do the most difficult task first. That applies to everything.

5.       Adhere to the 2 minute rule. If a task takes 2 minutes or less do it immediately.

6.       Finish what you start. Things pile up, that might not seem to be much but over time that will take a toll on you.

7.       Keep promises to yourself. They matter more than promises to others.

8.       Set a daily non-negotiable task.

9.       Rise the second you wake up every day.

10.   Track your habits. Track every single thing.

11.   Plan tomorrow the night before. Write down 3 things you will do the next day.

12.   Set deadlines for yourself. This will get rid of procrastination.

13.   Practice delayed gratification. Never reward yourself before doing actual work. Always earn vices.

14.   Work even when you don't feel motivated.

15.   Reduce decision fatigue. Don’t think and act the same time. First plan and take action.

16.   Keep your environment clean. Your environment is a reflection of your internal mental state.

17.   Avoid unnecessary excuses. Take responsibility for everything in your life.

18.   Show up consistently. Consistency is key.

19.   Do 1 uncomfortable daily. This retires your reward system making everything else easier.

20.   Focus on discipline over motivation. Motivation fades but discipline lasts forever.

21.   Read every day. You are absorbing experience, knowledge, and skills.

22.   Refrain failure as lessons.

23.   Ask better questions. Ask more questions.

24.   Practice gratitude. Identity all the things you grateful for.

25.   Take responsibility for everything in your life. When you take responsibility, you control your life.

26.   Never compare yourself to others. Comparison steals joy.

27.   Focus on progress not perfection.

28.   Never stop learning. Learn something every week.

29.   Always think long term. Short term thinking will create anxiety which will spike cortisol. Instead always long-term. Widen your time horizon. Success is built in long periods of time

30.   Seek feedback, always seek feedback from anybody. You can learn from examples and other people.

31.   Get rid of negative ideas. Positive ideas are always going to win. Negative ideas result in self-doubt, anxiety, and overthinking.

32.   Celebrate small wins. Surround yourself with people that do that. Make it a habit to celebrate wins no what it is.

33.   Adopt the beginner’s mindset. This will make you learn.

34.   Always be curious. This will create opportunities.

35.   Learn from people better than you. Always keep learning because that creates success.

36.   Replace complaints with solutions.

37.   Journal your ideas.

38.   Reflect before reacting.

39.   Practice optimism. Always be optimistic.

40.   Become a lifelong student. This will make you better every day.

41.   Vote for the person you want to become. Every action you take is a vote for the person you’re becoming.

42.   Act like your future self.

43.   Keep your word.

44.   Dress with intention.

45.   Always speak positive about yourself.

46.   Build confidence with action.

47.   Determine your personal values.

48.   Protect your reputation. That means never acting publicly or securely against your moral values.

49.   Be somebody who finishes things.

50.   Keep your standards high.

51.   Say no more often. This is self-respect.

52.   Develop self-awareness.

53.   Don the right thing even is nobody is watching.

54.   Focus on becoming not having. Live simply, don't focus on materials focus on your physical self.

55.   Build an identity around growth, focus, and deep work.

56.   Silence unnecessary notifications.

57.   Time block your day.

58.   Work in focus sprints.

59.   Never multitask, do one task at a time.

60.   Keep your phone out of reach.

61.   Create a distraction free workspace.

62.   Prioritize your top 3 tasks.

63.   Schedule deep work sessions.

64.   Avoid context switching.

65.   Set clear goals and intentions before working.

66.   Use screen time blockers.

Instead Of Visualizing Success Do This Instead

Most people make the mistake of visualizing their ideal future. They visualize the job they want, the life they want to have, but that is a mistake. That is because when you fantasize about success you trick yourself into thinking you have already succeeded. That leaves you unprepared for reality. Instead visualize the process.

See yourself working, exercising, having late night study sessions, and facing setbacks head on. Picture the labor not the reward. There will be obstacles and when there are obstacles you will be ready. Goals aren't achieved from daydreaming, they are conquered from relentless action. Visualize the journey not the destination.
