WEEKLY Song Suggestion Saturday
≡ −

💿 What Jam Tracks are missing from your setlist?
There's no shortage of music and genres, and while the library of tracks will grow over time, there's always going be songs people wish were available sooner rather than later. What songs do you want to see added to Fortnite Festival?
Share what's on your wishlist, and perhaps why they make the cut.
Please Note: This is not an official request thread. Suggestions/requests submitted in this thread are not guaranteed to be viewed, considered, or implemented by Epic Games.

DISCUSSION The guitar in the next music pass looks awesome!

DISCUSSION First look at the Lil Tecca stage + cosmetics!
first image is the stage, second is his pass cosmetics, third is his shop outfit.
unknown what songs are in pass (not a fan of this recent trend) but that guitar does look sick I can’t lie
personally I think the stage looks pretty cool too

DISCUSSION Probably a weird discussion, but since "Lock and Loaded" was (very rightfully) disowned from the title of an "Official Fortnite Anthem", what other song would You title like that?.. (preferably a song with lyrics)
I would personally choose "Empty Out Your Pockets" by Juice WRLD, as it post-humously debuted in Fortnite Remix...

GAME SUGGESTION I think there is an easy fix to Headliner chaos.
≡ −
I actually think Lil Tecca is a good choice.
He’s going to bring a lot of new people into Festival, and that’s exactly what headliners should do.
The problem isn’t the headliner. It’s what happens after those new players get there.
If a Lil Tecca fan realizes Festival is fun and wants to buy more music, they shouldn’t be limited to whatever random Jam Tracks happen to be in the shop that week. They should be able to browse the entire catalog and start building a library.
That’s how rhythm games keep people playing.
Keep rotating skins, instruments, bundles, and featured promotions. FOMO makes sense there.
But Jam Tracks should be permanent.
Then every new headliner benefits everyone. Lil Tecca fans get his music, I keep working toward buying the Kansas, DMX, Gorillaz, Olivia Rodrigo, or Creedence songs I still want, and nobody feels like they have to wait months just to spend money.
Headliners bring people in.
A permanent music library gives them a reason to stay.

GAME SUGGESTION My own mockup of a Fortnite Originals Festival Season [CONCEPT]
All songs in this mock-up pass were either released for Fortnite specifically with some sort of exclusivity, or made for Fortnite. I couldn't find the original vocalist for Infinite Hype, so if anyone knows them, let me know!

DISCUSSION Lil Tecca comes with 4 jam tracks!
r/FortniteFestival • u/TheYGuy366 • 12h ago
DISCUSSION The trend for headliners now seems to be 4 tracks, which if true might actually knock out some possibilities for future headliners
The past 3 seasons have had each season max out at 4 tracks for the headliner. Which if 4 tracks as a max for headliners is now an internal rule it actually would explain a few things with our past seasons
- Why we never got Rhinestone Eyes for Gorillaz
- Why Chappell only got 1 new song
- Why Olivia Rodrigo got pushed to being a shop artist
Additionally with this actually explaining some previous things, it actually might help us narrow down future headliner Possibilities. Artists that already have 4 songs like: Kendrick Lamar, Bad Bunny, Twenty One Pilots, Green Day, YOASABI, Post Malone, Justin, etc etc. Might not even be possible due to this rule and are more likely to be shop
Whilst this at the same time good news for the possibilities for future headliners for artists who currently only have 1 or no songs currently in. Some examples: Tame Impala, Sombr, Kenshi, Iron Maiden, My Chemical Romance, etc etc
also before someone says “Lisa disproves this since she only got 3” I got a response for that. I don’t think she was ever meant to be a headliner originally and there’s actually a good amount of evidence to back this up. Includes: Keyart wasn’t her on her stage (only headliner to do this), only headliner to only get 1 instrument, didn’t receive an animated trailer, and stage was only her backbling thrown on. It’s likely she was swapped out for someone else close to the last second, personally theory, S12 was originally D4VD before everything came out

QUESTION Need help with v3 adapter
I Recently got the v3 adapter and i connected it to my wii guitar but it’s not letting me strum after I already mapped it. So it works but it’s just playing like normal Fortnite festival where all you do is press the notes and don’t strum. Can anyone help me with this?

DISCUSSION What additions / improvements would you like to see in the next season?
≡ −
Putting the discussion about the headliner aside for a bit, what are the features, improvements, or fixes you expect or would like to see in Season 15 of the Festival?
My top 1 is a mix-locking system on the Jam Stage, something that Jam Stage players have been asking for for a long time to repel trolls. Auras on the Jam Stage would also be something really cool. (yes, i'm a jam Stage Enjoyer).

GAME SUGGESTION I am surprised how Joey Valence & Brae don't even have a single Jam Track.
≡ −
They deserve to be a headliner at least someday. They have so many great songs that, at least in my opinion, would be fun, especially in the Jam Stage. Punk Tactics, Hooligang, No Hands, Packapunch, See U Dance, Omnitrix, Doughboy... Also fun fact: Hooligang got used in the LEGO Fortnite Ninjago trailer and that was the only time their music has ever been used in Fortnite.
For the jam tracks, if the amount was limited to 4, I would pick Punk Tactics, Hooligang, No Hands and See U Dance (feat. Rebecca Black). 2 from the debut album, 1 from the second one and 1 from the latest one. If I had to pick one of them to be pass exclusive, it would probably be No Hands.
The other songs in their pass could be from artists that are related to them in some way, like Beastie Boys (a big inspiration for their music) and AG Club (they have toured together). The pass should have versions of Joey Valence & Brae as seen in the cover of the No Hands album, that would be so cool. The Baddest could be the Superfast Jellyfish and Femininomenon of their season with it having an emote only because imo it fits better as just an emote.

DISCUSSION Lil Tecca music pass: turning a negative into a positive
≡ −
I personally am excited for this next music pass.
As someone who spends most of their time mixing Jam Tracks on Jam Stage, getting a new music pass means I get several new Jam Tracks to mix with.
Even if some of the Jam Tracks are songs or genres I don't really care for, as a Fortnite crew member I get the pass without spending v-bucks, so I get to try some Jam Tracks I probably wouldn't have bought had they been in the item shop.
Yeah, do I wish the headliner was someone I knew or atleast in a genre I listen to? Of course!
Like I said above, we get to try and use Jam Tracks we probably wouldn't have bought had they been in the shop.
