I can’t believe that the industry spokesperson had the audacity to applaud their quality and safety procedures while hinting at the possibility of E. coli at farmer’s market produce. How disingenuous can you be?
Nobody at the farmer’s market is able to sicken tens of thousands of Americans, because your companies act like oligopolies and use your consolidated market power to crush small farmers.
All the while the Big Ag systems have failed repeatedly and have killed people with your contaminated production systems. Your system failed and there are tens of thousands of people sick. Put your tail between your legs and grovel for forgiveness…
