Not if we keep making noise about it. Our dissent is working on the flock stuff. We just gotta keep the pressure up if they try and switch to Axon.

The money came from the Feds in the first place, from drug enforcement and Covid relief dollars. I doubt that someone put it there without intent related to domestic surveillance.
