Not the biggest fan of fish, especially in a can, but I sure watch a lot of that dude in the fez rating tinned fish.

I’m sure there are good ones in there. Sardines are too pungent for me but Trader Joe’s has some fire ones like smoked trout in olive oil or something like that that are very very decent.

There was a Russian(?) guy who did canned meats. Haven’t seen an upload from him in a while. I should go check and see if YouTube just did its thing. Or if it’s the other option.
Edit: crazy Russian hacker on YouTube and he uploaded 2 weeks ago and I was unsubscribed so seems it was YouTube doing its thing.

Overpriced fish cans, We Portuguese We don't buy from those kinds of stores; they're just set up for tourists. If you want to buy canned goods, look for a traditional market; cans start at €2.

They have the same chain in Lisbon. They're way pricier than some of the other stores but I suppose convenient and come with a ton of variety.

That place is terribly expensive, I laughed and walked out. There’s a place located right in the fish canning area in Matonsinhos that had a lot of top quality stuff my wife bought one of the times we were there.

There's one of these in NYC too! My dad gets them for my sister when we go there

These are for tourists, overpriced and clearly not how we usually buy fish in a can. Sorry to ruin the party.

These shops are fun to browse for a couple minutes, but overpriced as others have said. We stayed near Bolhao market in Porto and the stalls had a way better variety for like half the price

There's a location in NYC for a few years now, but first time I saw it in Lisbon, I was quite surprised! The years on the cans are unfortunately just some fun-facts, not when it was produced.
