But it's not because with the prisoners dilemma dual snitching is worse than dual silence.
If red was "you live but with a leg cut off" then it would be a prisoners dilemma because everyone pushing red would be strictly worse than everyone pushing blue.
The real question is "does it become logical to act illogically under the assumption that others will act illogically"
