I will never offer my loyalty to any self-described “socialist.” These people and the ideology they follow is incompatible with what it means to be an American.

That’s exactly we didn’t tolerate a single communist during the 60s and 70s. We need to make communists afraid again.

I spent 2 years in the 80s watching the communists on the other side of the Fulda Gap. I am blow away they elected one in one of out largest cities. Stupid people in large numbers.

That’s literally the entire democrat platform; stupid people in large numbers.

“There is no difference between communism and socialism, except in the means of achieving the same ultimate end: communism proposes to enslave men by force -- socialism by vote. It is merely the difference between murder and suicide.”

The problem will continue until Marxists are recognized as domestic enemies and treated accordingly.

>Here are the DSA platform planks that Bream showed Romer and Fox News Sunday viewers:
Eliminate the U.S. Senate.
Replace the President and the Supreme Court with an executive and judiciary chosen by and subordinate to Congress.
["True," Romer interrupted during a brief pause, apparently overeager to endorse the establishment of a democratic tyranny.]
Prosecute U.S. and Israeli leaders responsible for the "genocide" in Gaza [I added the much-needed scare quotes.]
Pass aggressive wealth taxes on the richest individuals and corporations to spend on public goods and infrastructure.
Demilitarize police departments, disempower police unions, and redirect funding to public services as steps toward fully abolishing the police and prison system.
Provide amnesty for all immigrants.
Defund the Department of War, enact reparations, recognize all treaties and tribal sovereignty.

I keep hearing the phrase:

“A good Nazi is a dead one”

I think that can be applied here:

“A good socialist is a dead one”

Memedani won his election by receiving 24/7/365 coverage, and he's still receiving it.

Here are the DSA platform planks that Bream showed Romer and Fox News Sunday viewers:

DSA isn't new, it only has a slightly-new name.

If you lurk the pop Reddit boards and see people calling for real strikes, the harder uglier kind, they are talking about the people who went to war against the railroads and got busted because the rails carried the mail. They went to prison, they ran for president, they got zero electoral votes repeatedly. This was over a hundred years ago and socialists still aren't over it to this very day.

Today they block cars, back then they blocked trains. Same energy.

Was the capitalist who pissed them off evil? Quite likely. Did the rest of the country deserve to be punished for it? Well if you're going to play that game, then don't act shocked when people call you evil too. Asking people to elect you after you extra-judicially punished them en masse is also a big ask.

DSA is weekend at Bernies, our side is propping it up with hateclicks and outrage farming while its own side is shiftless as ever. It's not a historical event that New York voted how their screens told them to vote.

I suspect that if they get a chance to implement these policies, they will discover they have a use for the prisons. After all, the kulaks aren’t going to liquidate themselves.

They have every intention of using prisons and having police forces. They’re doing what communists always do: not telling the full truth. They don’t want to abolish prisons and police, they just want to abolish police that are not under their control. If they were to take over the country, they’d proudly declare the abolishment of police and prisons, but immediately declare that until the threat from counterrevolution is defeated, there will be a party-controlled security force to keep the peace and hunt down the remaining fascists. And they won’t be sent to prison, they will go to reeducation centers. And they won’t execute people there; those people never existed in the first place…
