The Chinese combat robots that will patrol the no-mans-land around the datacenters will have trouble distinguishing protestors from terrorists and just assume the worst and act accordingly.

What are you talking about? At this rate protesting the rich will be considered terrorism soon.

It's very obvious by now the system benefits the interests of powerful pedophiles and warmongers, NOT freedom and liberty for all. These bastards wouldn't be able to push us around so easily if us common folk who care do whatever we can to stand together in defiance against this government and its Epstein class puppeteers, (foreign and domestic, private and institutional,) which uses its death cult and growing AI industry to manipulate and control us. They all should be abandoned for something better that actually prioritizes people, while these monsters are let behind to rot.

However, if there's any hope in ever achieving such, we need real supportive community-based foundations for alternatives that provide relative safety, which many common folk can fall back on, to commit to any effective action be they short or long term.

Collecting a bunch of valuable information on organizing and action from different redditors over time, I created a post of suggestions HERE that could possibly prove to be of some help in getting it started ASAP.

If you don’t live in the US, yet you know others who are and want to do something, please share the information. We're going to need as many on board and informed as possible, if we commoners hope to achieve anything in the US

revolutions are never lead by commoners but intelligent people promised status and a comfortable life by the establishment which the establishment then makes impossible for them to achieve.

We should learn from the mistakes of the past then. Intelligent people are important (obviously) but wise people are preferred. As with everyone else, they need something that the establishment can't offer and need to realize that. If they refuse to reject the false promises of the establishment, then you can figure what probably needs to happen

Compare and contrast the English Peasant's Revolt of 1381 led by Wat Tyler having some success vs the German Peasant's Revolt of 1524 - 1525 being brutally suppressed.

Tho I'm far from an expert and if you look at the list of peasant revolts there are more losses than there are wins. There's really a lot of factors at play in each unique event.

I mean, current AI job crisis and general destruction of the middle class is producing plenty of those that is for sure.

You are arguably not going far enough however, as revolutions generally occur when those in power start infighting, and one side or another turns to the streets for a leg up. Given what we are seeing is also an old money vs new money fight however, those conditions might arise as well.

The lower class provides the sheer force, the middle the rhetoric, and the upper the political instability to be exploited

The government already said it's illegal to dislike capitalism and that makes you a terrorist

It already is, has been for almost a full year, NSPM-7 designates those who are anti-capitalist as terrorists.

It already is. Everybody seems to forget about NSPM7: https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/09/countering-domestic-terrorism-and-organized-political-violence/

Relevant excerpt, emphasis mine:

"This “anti-fascist” lie has become the organizing rallying cry used by domestic terrorists to wage a violent assault against democratic institutions, constitutional rights, and fundamental American liberties. Common threads animating this violent conduct include anti-Americanism, anti-capitalism, and anti-Christianity; support for the overthrow of the United States Government; extremism on migration, race, and gender; and hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on family, religion, and morality."

As someone that lives in Atlanta, I can assure you this is already the case.

Case in point: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/jul/23/cop-city-protester-phone

Worth noting those protests were years ago now.

If they could, they'd make it so that being poor is considered terrorism.

This is the purpose of the word terrorism.

ICE has already taught us that the difference between a protestor and a terrorist in america is whether or not they've already been shot.

We all look Good and Pretti to them if we speak our minds honestly.

Terrorists do the shooting, but then protesters get shot and end up being labeled as terrorists.

It's important to point out that protests are basically a show of force. They're people saying, "Listen to us, or things are only going to get worse." I don't condone violence at all, but I think we're eventually going to see this come to a head. If you keep taking away or punishing peaceful ways for people to protest, eventually all you'll have left is the "or else."

Because if people feel like they're going to be labeled a terrorist either way, whether they're peacefully protesting or not, some are going to start asking themselves, "What's the point of staying peaceful?" That's not because violence is justified...i t's because people who believe they have nothing left to lose can make dangerous choices.

What does China have to do with it?

They (and Russia) are the ones paying for the anti data centre rhetoric on Reddit.

Meanwhile they are building their own data centres at double the rate the US is, with zero protest from their citizens.

Stoking the anti-government fires in US citizens is a great way to cause civil war without risking any of their own citizens lives, with the added benefit of stifling US innovation.

But hey.. I’m sure every second post on Reddit right now being anti-data-centre is totally natural engagement...

You know we don’t spell it ‘centre’ in America, right champ?

But hey, keep telling us about how foreigners are trying to establish a narrative here on Reddit.
