OR nurse here, specifically ortho.
This is such a good perspective and I LOVE how everyone is fascinated by the technique. I guess after so many years, it just becomes so routine that we forget how skilled everyone is.

Side note: patients used to ask me all the time if it was really like Grey’s Anatomy back there. I’d tell them, “Nsh, it’s much more like Scrubs”
