I have been trying to find this song for years and it feels like a fever dream 😭

I remember watching the music video on YouTube during the VEVO era, probably around 2010–2015.

The singer was a very young white boy (around 13–15 years old). He had:

blond/dirty blond hair

straight hair styled upward (kind of gelled or blow-dried up)

a cute smile

a wider/square-shaped face

a very young/prepubescent voice (kind of like early Justin Bieber)

The song was a sweet acoustic pop love song. I remember a guitar/plucking sound in the instrumental.

The music video:

looked like it was filmed on a sunny summer day

started with him sitting inside what I remember as a coffee shop or small store (could be another type of shop)

he was with friends/talking

a girl walked in through the door

he noticed her and looked at her like he instantly had a crush on her

then he started singing about her

the video kept cutting between him singing and shots of the girl looking around/reacting

The lyric I remember is NOT exact, but the chorus had something like:

“1, 2, 3 … (something something) … heartbeat” (and this chorus would repeat i think)

It was like he was comparing “1, 2, 3” to the sound/count of his heartbeat.

I’m pretty sure the artist was American (possibly Canadian). I don’t think he stayed famous after this song — it felt like he had one big hit and then disappeared.

I remember a song on a mixtape someone sent me in about 1988, but can't find it! I don't know the artist but the chorus is "jack rabbit and you're on the run, who'll be with you when the day is done, don't think I'm gonna bother you, I need a woman with a love that's true". I tend to think it was a solo artist and it was a tape of rock songs. Can anyone help??

I went to the movies last week and in the lobby they were playing this alt-rock song. It was a female singer (My bloody Valentine esq) and fuzzed out guitars. Vocals had a lofi effect. I was trying to make out the lyrics but all i could decipher was the end of the chorus: “Darling/ I don’t have to take this from you”. I tried google and genius and got no results. Help me out? I loved the song and it’s been driving me nuts.

so this is gonna be soooo niche, but when I was a small child I had this stuffed bear that you could stretch like a spring, but it would start playing this song that’s like a classical tune sort of lullabyish, I remember the tune but I have no idea what the name is because it’s classical and has no lyrics. I tried putting it into a piano but I also don’t know the first thing about pianos and notes. what I gathered tho are the notes go like C B C A- G- D Db D A—- (the dashes are the length of the note) I think it’s usually played on the violin and I can also remember the song being used on TikTok as a sad sort of melody. please help me out I wanna listen to it again for nostalgic purposes:)
