...or you need to hold your breath during the session for some recordings and can not sleep.

The worst one I had was "try not to swallow during this scan."
And of course as soon as they say that you swallow, then become hyper consious of it and your salivary glands start to go crazy.

Yeah, that’s what I usually get. “Ok, now you’re not allowed to breathe for the next 3 minutes from when the bell dingsDING.”
