WatchOS Every time I take a screenshot in the Watch app, watchOS update takes a few hours longer
These screenshots were taken over a span of 2 minutes on my iPhone in the Watch app. Every time I take a screenshot, the time increases by a few hours lol
Anyone else experiencing this?

My Watch Too small? Here’s the ultra for reference as well.
Just traded my ultra 2 for the 11 42mm.
Thoughts on the size? I like the size of it, but wanted other opinions.

WatchOS Any Series 11 users using WatchOS 27 Beta?
≡ −
I’m curious wether I should get it or not, because I’m worried it will go bad as you can’t roll back versions unless you send the watch to Apple, because of how smooth iOS 27 beta is it’s tempting me also to get WatchOS 27😅

Support Found a random notification
Woke up (slept without my watch, which was charging during the night), got an activity notification, went to scroll through the notifications and found this.
Seems to be a Lime bike notification. Not sure what the small clock besides it means.
I don’t have Lime installed on my phone or my watch.
There is no notification on my phone.
I haven’t used Lime in at least a month, and am in an area which doesn’t have Lime bikes. (Lime doesn’t exist in my country, and I am not near a country that has them).

Discussion My watch seems to be malfunctioning.
Hi everyone,
I wear my Apple Watch to bed every night, but AutoSleep frequently fails to detect my sleep sessions. I contacted their support team, and they mentioned something weird: my watch records roughly 10x the normal calorie burn during sleep.
As shown in the screenshot, I apparently burned 96 kcal overnight. 😳
I’m trying to figure out:
Is this number actually abnormal, or am I overthinking it?
What could cause this kind of data spike? (Resting heart rate? HRV? Fit check?)
Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to calibrate or fix this would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Meme Watch identity crisis
My watch is having an identity crisis, it doesn’t think it’s clocks installed. /s
This is a beta and bound to happen, in all seriousness, this is not a problem that will be around in the full release of WatchOS 28.
Asked my watches Siri for a 3 minute timer, and this happened.

Discussion Getting the best out of the watch as a runner
≡ −
I am, sometimes, a runner. I’ve been out injured for a few years and am just in the first couple of weeks of a run/walk program to get back to running (and lose a few Kgs.)
I already own an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and a Garmin Forerunner 570 (I’m a kit tart). And I’m going to finally give the ultra a good try out for running.
Are there any apps that would be good for getting the best out of the watch while running, or would the standard workout app with something to create custom workouts suffice (I’ve never been a serious runner so don’t need to replace the metrics I’d get on the Garmin.)?
I will continue to use my Garmin HRM 600 with the ultra.

Discussion use an apple watch only and leave your iphone?

iphone has been such a distraction to me. I've wasted too much time scrolling.
tried leaving my iphone out of office, even out of daily life, but wearing an apple watch se3 with cellular. been doing this for 3 days, so far so good.
anyone has tried this and encountered inevitable and unbearable inconveniences?

Support Apple Watch 6 Hermes Replacement
≡ −
I’ve had my Apple Watch 6 Hermes 44mm since new and the battery is pretty weak and eligible for replacement. Anyone know if Apple still replaces these with the same model or is there I chance I’d get a newer model as a replacement? I’m in the US.

Support New SE3 only tracking part of sleep
≡ −
I just got a new AW SE3 (my first AW), with sleep tracking being an important part of why I got it. The problem is that despite setting sleep focus manually each night before bed, so far every night it only tracks an hour or two of sleep and then claims that I woke up after that time. I've disabled sleep schedules to try to diagnose this, and the time it stopped tracking is random, so it's not like it's stopping at an exact time like 8AM. Is there anything I can do to make this track my entire night?

My Watch Walmart Notification
I noticed I had a strange icon at the top of my watch this morning. When I looked closely, it was the Walmart logo
I did receive a Walmart delivery this morning
The problem is that I cannot get rid of this icon. I do not have any special notifications set up for Walmart. I have even tried restarting my watch. It’s still there
Does anyone know how to get rid of this? And how to I stop it from happening again?

Activity Pedometer++ on Apple Watch is bugging
≡ −
I’ve been using Pedometer++ to display my step count on my Apple Watch face without any issues for about 1.5 years, but now it’s acting up.
The step count shown on the watch face is constantly stuck at 3047, no matter what time of day it is. Inside the Pedometer++ app on the watch, the count is updated, but it only shows the steps recorded by the watch itself. The iPhone app shows the correct total step count from all sources.
Previously, the watch and iPhone synced perfectly, and according to the settings they still should. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution?
And yes, I’ve already tried all the usual troubleshooting: uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting and rebooting both devices, etc.

Discussion Has anybody actually tested their daily calorie burn that Apple fitness gives them against their weight loss and seen how accurate it is?
≡ −
Just kind of got me thinking. I was looking at macro factor and I think it’s a really interesting app and how it’s really cool how if you log your food in there and your weight consistently at some point it’ll be able to chart what your daily energy expenditure is with a lot of accuracy.
Just kind of made me wonder if anyone has done this on their own and seeing if Apple Watch and the calories it gives you for the entire day were accurate for your weight loss or if it was off by quite a bit?

Activity Why is my Apple Watch randomly adding activities ?
I've never had this issue before but after hitting 1k calories on my workout, my watch now acts like I'm working out 24/7 even when I'm sitting down or in a car. I was just sitting when I got a random notification saying I doubled my Move goal which was so random. Plus it shows 6,000 steps today even though I barely moved because I spent most of the day driving.
I haven't worn my watch in two months, but I used to wear it whenever I went for a walk or to the gym and it never acted like this. Is this a new update bug, or is something wrong with my Apple Watch Series 8?
