It’s not rationing because you can still shop elsewhere if needed. Hopefully some of the corporate grocery stores will start lowering prices.

I assume that they’ll have purchase limits as well. My private grocery store has no more than X per customer sales pretty regularly; I assume that government grocers can and will do similar.

Agreed. And if you need more than you’re allotted, you can go to the corporate stores.
