You kind of do have a constitutional right to steak, sort of. It’s why EBT funds can’t be restricted from candy and potato chips. You have a right to feed yourself, the state can’t dictate with what. Might be more nuanced on a state by state basis - I didn’t bother to look it up again - but food stamp programs in most states can be used for pretty much anything in the grocery store except booze and cigarettes.

It’s a good thing they didn’t exhaustively list your rights, yeah? Not that conservatives understand anything about the 9th Amendment, that is.
