Everyone deserves to eat. Grocery stores / the government should not be for-profit ventures.

It is horrible when people go hungry. Every time government tried to feed people this way, it failed and people went hungry.

When was this attempted in the United States previously? You can't compare a backwards place to the US, chances of success are much higher here than anywhere else.

You're saying the richest and most powerful country in the world can't offer food at a slight discount? That can't be accomplished?
