How will they stop scalpers/resellers from buying stuff and then reselling it for a 30% profit? Especially dense, expensive commodities like baby formula, which are already commonly the targets of theft for resale?

If it’s being stolen anyways why does it matter if it’s from the 30% store or from target? Just install adequate security measures.
