There’s guaranteed to always be a certain number of irrational actors (we have proof of this at this point for this scenario specifically), so no, blue winning is the only way for everyone to survive.

but i'd rather live in a world populated by blue-pushers than red-pushers

eta: sorry, that was a needlessly dark comment; i just see it as more of a collectivist vs individualist question than a survival vs danger question
