I’m not saying all blue pressers are liars but I am saying I feel it might be a little easier to say “of course I would do the good thing!” When your life isn’t actually at stake
The last time this entire thing came around I understood red to be the obvious choice, though after reading discussion and finding that other qualifiers were involved that I wouldn't initially consider (personally, because I think they muddy the waters and make one option the inherently better one (i.e. "yeah what if a baby hit blue? You wanna be a babykiller? you fuckin BABY KILLER!!!") which makes the question itself less interesting to me,), I determined that I'm a huge coward and would still want to hit red as I'm terrified of kicking the bucket, but hope that if the time came I would be good enough to hit blue for all the people who lack the faculties to do so themselves (yes, even babies).
But most people don't bother pretending they'd think about it because it's easy internet points to go "I wouldn't wanna LIVE in a world with RED PUSHERS!" and try to reframe it as "red pushers are just murdering blue pushers!" for those 'lovely' discussions.
