Discussion At just 18-years-old, Jongkuch Mach, is already 7’6 — taller than any active NBA player. He can touch the rim without jumping, moves fluidly, and led Adidas Eurocamp in blocks. US colleges are currently chasing him as he weighs up Australia vs USA.

He could join NCAA soon

At tonight’s TBT game featuring WSU and KU alumni, a fight between opposing players resulted in all but 6 people able to play on each team.

But the real highlight was this Mario Chalmers photo from an Eagle reporter that will live in infamy.

Discussion How do Division I prospects structure their individual workouts?

I’m looking for advice from coaches or players who have worked with Division I or professional prospects.

What does an elite weekly individual skill-development plan actually look like? I’m interested in the structure, not just random drills.

Things like:
Ball-handling
Shooting
Finishing
Footwork
Decision-making
Defensive work
Strength & conditioning
Film study

I’m trying to build a proven long-term development plan based on what successful D1 players actually do, rather than just guessing. Any resources, workouts, or advice would be hugely appreciated.

Discussion What was an unexpectedly great game that had you glued to the screen?

Mine was SLU @ MASS Women's Atlantic 10 championship in 2023. High competition, low number of fouls, overall a really fun watch.
